I provide psychotherapy to adults across California. Each person is unique, there cannot be a “one size fits all” approach to treatment, and I tailor treatment plans and goals to each individual I see. I support clients in exercising their own free choice and creating lives that bring meaning, satisfaction, and peace.
Therapy is a collaborative effort, and I am here to help you. Together, we can make the changes you want. I use a variety of techniques (including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or CBT), which I tailor based on your strengths, needs, and goals.
I am providing Telehealth sessions only until further notice. Telehealth sessions are generally conducted via secure video or telephone.
